Detail Itinerary for Kathmandu Lhasa Overland Tour - 8  Days

Day 01: Kathmandu to Zhangmu (2,500m/ 8,200) 123km
rnWe depart you early at 06.30 a.m. from your hotel in Kathmandu. Approx. 05 hours drive to Kodari (near Tibet- China/Nepal border), our drive passes through scenic countryside. After an hour drive we stop at Dhulikhel for breakfast. Another 4 hours drive brings you to the Nepal frontier at Kodari. After going through immigration formalities (Nepal part) we drive to Zhangmu, where after completion of immigration formalities (Chinese part) we check into Hotel Zhangmu or similar, a busy town with mixed Chinese, Tibetan and Nepali people.rn
